The ongoing “Best of 2009” idea continues with: Blog find of the year. That gem of a blog you can’t believe you didn’t know about until this year.

Definitely this award goes to ColorMeKatie. This woman is everything I aspire to be. I manage to have the quirky, optimistic part down, but I still need to work on the being a photogrpaher full-time and make friends with strangers part. All in good time.

Even though I get her blog in my GoogleReader so I know when she posts new things, I always finding myself going through her backlog over and over again. Especially on gloomy days. She is a burst of sunshine and a definite bit of moxie!

She will definitely be in my mind when I decorate my new home!
