30 Day Film Challenge is a challenge that lasts thirty days. It gives me a chance to wax poetic about my favorite medium, and put up silly pictures/videos.
Day 1 – Your Favorite Film
Day 2 – Your Least Favorite Film
Day 3 – A Film You Watch to Feel Good
Day 4 – A Film You Watch to Feel Down
Day 5 – A Film That Reminds You of Someone
Day 6 – A Film That Reminds You of Somewhere
Day 7 – A Film That Reminds You of Your Past
This question is so…nebulous. What is this question trying to get out of me? Love past? regretful past? Nostalgic past? I don’t know, so I’m going for the first one that pops up…
Rikki Tikki Tavi.
It instantly makes me think of elementary school. Rainy Day Schedule, everyone packed into the library, getting to vote on a movie and watch a MOVIE (what a treat!) with your best friends. Chilling in the library, watching a kickass movie.
I also love this old type of animation. I don’t know if there is a name for it, but the grittiness makes me nostalgic and happy.
Olly Moss is an indie pop culture phenom whose popularity is getting bigger and bigger.
See his work on his flickr or check out his blog and just stare in awe.
