Day 26 – Your Favorite Foreign Language Film

Amelie

Like thousands upon thousands of girls my age, I am a Francophile. I may have mentioned it before, but I took 4 years of French in high school, when only 2 were required. I was president of the French Club and the French Honor Society. Oh yeah, I was the Rushmore of all the French Clubs! I brought Le Petit Ecolier cookies to meetings and even used to practice my French vocabulary in order to ease my panic attacks. All that was before Amelie even came out

I have been told that I remind people of Amelie and every single time it has happened it pleased me to no end.

Her style, her cleverness, her shyness, I adore every little thing about her.

Come to think of it, I need those little Amelie bangs back…
