Have you ever heard of Noctilucent clouds? I hadn’t, until an astronaut orbiting space mentioned he saw them on Saturday, so me being the cloudiphile I am immediately looked them up. If you ever need a reason to cry from the beauty of simple nature, just image search “noctilucent clouds.” In my research, I learned they have their own watchers website, and there is also a satellite mission to find out why they form and why they are changing.
Noctilucent means “night shining,” and I think that is just so beautiful.
So, here’s some added beauty injected into your day and just for fun, when you go outside a little after sunset searching for these clouds, listen to this:
Gorgeous, wow!!
