Special edition of My Home Bar, in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Irish whiskey, and some of my favorite Irish rogues:
The Ethel O’Connel from Maggie Brown (via Design*Sponge)
- 2 1/2 oz whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz Baileys
- shot of espresso
Mix ingredients, shake well, pour over ice. Add cinnamon stick for flavor.
While I’m sure this pairs well with corned beef hash and potatoes of any sort, for me, it pairs well with a mini chocolate chip cookies.
