You know me, I’m all for the three-steps-or-less cocktail. That’s why the snakebite is a great one.
Half a lager, half a cider (ahem hard cider), pour beer, let set, then finish pint with cider.
Locally made beer/cider are best, but I’m not sure if Arizona has locally-made cider (AZ Beer Buddies, any help?), so I used my new favorite, Angry Orchard’s Apple Ginger. YUM.
