Trying New Things: Being “Better”

A series in “Charm School” tradition, via Quite Continental

Be better. It is such a great goal in its generality. Being better to you may mean being early to appointments, while to someone else it could mean more volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. They are both excellent goals, and both point to a “better” you.

So, in the middle of this sweltering summer, here’s to becoming a better version of yourself, not reverting to bad habits, and always striving toward a good life.

I also love the GOOD 30-day challenge, which for me might be more feasible as a 90-day challenge. Lots of great ideas for creativity, charity and well-being components.
