August Break prompt: YES

This is probably the biggest YES all summer: I got a bike!

The mailman at work (my Saturday work day BFF) told me about a whole bunch of bikes for sale down the street at the thrift store. He knew my bike was stolen, and that I like retro stuff (he looks for cameras for me, too), so I trusted him and took a look.

SUCCESS! A Sears Free Spirit with the seat smooth and uncracked, the brakes in working order, and a perfect shade of green.

And for anyone who is keeping track yes, I did end up buying this helmet.
